There is an entire concept known as intellectual property, which cannot be owned by anyone even if it has been expressed. And to add a solid grounding to that one could simply opt to trademark their ideas and concepts to secure what they have planned or are implementing for their business. In case you are questioning on how to trademark an idea then you need to make sure that your ideas are original and different from what others have to offer in the market. Is it a good idea to trademark ideas for businesses and their development?
